The Country Villas Home Owners Association is proud to announce that Cookies and Cocoa with Santa is back again! We invite all residents of Country Villas, the young and the young at heart, to join us on Friday, December 9th as the Safety Harbor Fire Department rings in this merry season!  We expect Santa to drive on by at about 7:00 pm. Join your neighbors for fun, hot chocolate and cookies. We’ll gather at the corner Harborside Drive and Nestlebranch Drive.  After Santa waves to us from the truck, he will come back to let the little ones sit on his knee, share their Christmas lists, and get a picture! Everyone bring a holiday goodie to share!

Holiday Decorating Contest – Judging December 16-18

Show your Holiday Spirit by decorating your house! The contest is open to any resident of Country Villas who wants to spread some holiday cheer! Be sure to have your lights up (and on!) by December 16th.  Winners will receive home improvement gift cards. First place will also receive a complimentary 2012 membership to the Country Villas Home Owners Association!

The next Board Meeting will be held at 110 Timberview Drive, at 6:30pm on the following dates:
